RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Workforce planning to allocate work to technicians
- Manage ITSM maintenance and new work tickets
- Provide field support when required to assist technicians’ complete installations
- Provide technical and administrative support by attending to internal and external enquiries and ensure a credible document and record control system is maintained
- Produce technical as well as management reports for Service Desk operations as required.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Two (2) to three (3) years’ relevant industry experience in tasking and work allocation to field staff in
- Telecommunication Voice and/or Data
- ITSM experience in managing and working in tickets will be an advantage
- Computer literacy.
