RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You’ll work on multinational recruitment projects within the IT Technical space with globally recognized brands and the fastest growing startups. As a key player in our expanding business, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a team of hugely experienced and highly successful recruiters.
- It goes without saying that every day won’t be the same but here’s a few things you’re likely to spend your time with us doing. You’ll be;
managing the recruitment cycle for mid-senior level hires
identifying, sourcing and developing talent pools
managing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
identifying potential new partners and exploring new avenues for business development
- You’ll be a self-starter – we’ll give you all the tools and support you need to get started but
- your ability to move proactively will determine your long-term success
- You’ll have at least 5 years’ experience in tech recruitment
- You’ll hold a strong ability to evolve and adapt
- You’ll be empathic; able to understand, listen to and engage with clients, candidates, and colleagues
- You’ll be confident dealing with senior stakeholders both internally and externally
Desired Experience & Qualification:
Atleast 5 years experience within the IT Technical Recruiting Space
