RESPONSIBILITIES:

To deliver a high quality, responsive and efficient ERP support service to internal stakeholders and the retail channel.
To interpret the ERP implications of the organization’s Digital Transformation strategy and develop tactical Key Performance Indicator’s (“KPI”).
Manage delivery of financial reporting through the ERP system including month-end report delivery Service Level Agreements (“SLA’s”) and Operational Level Agreements (“OLA’s”).
Support the Financial Operations, Supply Chain Management (“SCM”), Human Resource (“HR”) and (“BI”) business units in developing relevant MIS and FIS [NM1] reporting capability.
To supervise the delivery of a team of ERP analysts to deliver the agreed programme of work, motivating the team to implement a culture of professionalism and continual improvement.
Responsible for project management in specific and agreed IT projects
To be drive development techniques and technologies including best practice to support the team in developing their specialist understanding and knowledge.
To maintain the HW, OS and App environments in line with the organizations cyber-security policies and procedures.
To work with the application vendor to ensure that licensing and SW functionality is maintained iac [NM2] with the ELA,
To maintain detailed and up to date specialist knowledge of Regulatory and Financial Reporting developments within th
Financial Module General Support (AR, AP, Collections, SCM, BI)

ERP Functional Enhancements:
To manage the nominated Systems Integrator responsible for the execution of Trouble Tickets, Service Requests and Incident Reports logged via the enterprise workflow application.

Budget Management:
Map the business requirements to ERP systems/technical requirements
Manage consulting vendor relationships, schedules, and deliverables
Participates in IT department project resource planning events and maintains plans
Manage and improve the operations for the ERP Portfolio of applications
Oversee budgeting and expenditures for applications and teams within their span of control.
Resource Forecasting & other management reports to enable EPMO decision on future projects.

Staff Management:
Monitor the performance of applications within their domain and evaluate the performance of services based on specific KPIs
Develop, coach and manage 3-4 direct reports Develop, coach and manage 3-4 direct reports

Desired Experience & Qualification:
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree qualification in Information Technology, Information systems, Commerce or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Agile, Digital Technology or Platform Management Qualification is desirable.
Accounting or Enterprise SW development qualification advantageous.

Experience:
5 years’ management experience or working as a team lead
4 years experience, in Enterprise Grade Accounting Application management.
Advanced knowledge of Oracle AP & AR modules advantageous.
Telecoms/ Technology experience desirable.
