Vacancy Details

We are seeking an Electronics Store Assistant/Admin who is friendly, knowledgeable, and organized to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in their native Afrikaans language and provide exceptional service.
  • Provide information and recommendations on electronic products.
  • Process sales transactions, including cash and credit card payments.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store.
  • Keep track of inventory levels and assist with restocking products.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing customer records and data entry.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the store runs smoothly.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Afrikaans with good communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of electronics and technology products.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills for administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work in a team and multitask effectively.
  • Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • A passion for electronics and a willingness to learn.
