We are seeking an Electronics Store Assistant/Admin who is friendly, knowledgeable, and organized to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in their native Afrikaans language and provide exceptional service.
- Provide information and recommendations on electronic products.
- Process sales transactions, including cash and credit card payments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Keep track of inventory levels and assist with restocking products.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing customer records and data entry.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the store runs smoothly.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Afrikaans with good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of electronics and technology products.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills for administrative tasks.
- Ability to work in a team and multitask effectively.
- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- A passion for electronics and a willingness to learn.
