Senior Creditors Clerk (Eastrand)
Relevant Qualification Advantageous
- 3-5 Years Experience in Senior Role (Manufacturing Environment)
- Full Function Creditor Function
- Accurately capturing of expenses invoices (utility bills, levies, transport, suppliers’ invoices, rental invoices, etc.)
- Liaise, communicate and negotiate with suppliers regarding invoice queries, credit queries, payments queries and discrepancies; to resolve these queries in a timeously manner
- Maintain account payable ledger on the weekly and monthly basis.
- Preparing remittances and ensuring all payments are captured in ERP system when suppliers’ payments are paid.
- Asset management
- Strong Analytical skills and strategic thinker
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Work well under pressure
- Team Player (Work with other Employees)
- Able to work overtime when required
