A well established Property Management company based in the Helderberg has a position available for a Portfolio Manager with solid experience as a Property Portfolio Manager to commence duties asap.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
- General Office Administration
- Managing the full property portfolio
- Dealing with Body Corporates and Home Owners Associations
- Liaising with Brokers and Insurers
- Responsible for taking minutes at meetings
- Attending the Trustee Meetings and provide recommendations
- Assisting with Accounting and Financial duties
- Conducting general repairs and maintenance inspections on a quarterly basis and provide survey reports
- Advising Trustees with Sectional Title Acts, CSOS Acts and Constitution laws
Requirements:
- 5 years industry and/or positional experience
- Ability to work independently and manage clients
- Experience and knowledge of dealing with CSOS, Attorneys, Advocates
- Knowledge of STSMA, CSOSA and relevant acts and procedures
- Knowledge of HOA, Body Corporate and Community scheme rules and regulation
- Valid drivers license and own vehicle
- Fully bilingual
- Good communication skills (Written and verbal)
