RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working with Satellite Communication Equipment Vendors.
- Manage the communication between the service teams and engineering escalations.
- VAST service providers.
- Assisting with all technical queries and arranging callouts for onsite repairs.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Degree: Electrical Engineering (majoring in Telecommunications) IT/Computer Science.
- Min 2 -5 years’ experience in a similar role combined with customer support experience.
- Technical knowledge is essential.
