Have you worked for a Roofing Company operating machinery according to specifications required by customers? Our Client will require your knowledge and experience of production procedures working on machines like IBR, Wide-span, or Corrugated roll forming machines, Lipped Channel machines and CNC press brakes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric, relevant qualifications advantageous
- 2-3 years similar work experience
- Knowledge of Production procedures
- Sound knowledge of IBR Roll forming machines, Wide-span roll forming machines, Corrugated roll forming machines, Lipped Channel machines and CNC press brakes
- Must be able to adjust / set the machines to produce the correct profiles. On flashings and roof sheets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
DUTIES:
- Organize floor staff to optimize production
- Operating roll forming machines, cranking machines, CNC press brakes
- Planning and prioritizing production
- Minimize and record wastage
- Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the factory
- Maintaining company safety and housekeeping standards
- Responsible for quality control and all products
- Managing machine operators and assistants
