Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Inventory
? Inventory and capacity utilizations.
? Customer IP inventory management.
? Product templates/Provisioning templates.
? Value added services.

Configuration:
? Provision standard and non-standard customer services to meet the committed SLA using inhouse tools, vendor GUI interfaces and manual CLIs.
? Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross functional, global teams on non-standard or expedited orders.
? IP address management and RIPE database updates.
? Prioritize provisioning work tasks and manage escalations effectively.
? Test provisioned services before customer turnover.

Change management:
? Implement network administration processes and procedures.
? Review of agreed process and procedures and suggest improvements through change management.
? Coordination with various internal and external stakeholders in assigned construction & acceptance testing and new product/service
? Recommend quality improvement measures to processes and procedures.
? Perform migration of IP customer services, in cooperation with customer and field services teams
? Support network change maintenance and service migration.

Reporting:
? Monitor and highlight traffic trends during implementation for proactive planning and to avoid congestion.
? Undertake periodic network audit and manage the as-is customer inventory.
? Periodic performance analysis of supplier and vendor feedback on improvements
? Support the development and implementation of new service offerings by providing system tools development feedback and documentation writing.

Desired Experience & Qualification:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Degree holder in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications or related fields.
IP certifications: CCNA and/or JNCIA or better
4 to 6 years of experience in Telecoms networks domain
Excellent written and verbal English and local languages skills
Excellent people management skills for customer and 3rd party contractor support
Well Conversant with all Telecom Service Provider Operational functions and Processes
Experience working with Cisco, Mikrotik and Juniper hardware
Have good understanding of Optical Transmission & IP technology
Experience to interact and work with engineers in telecommunications domain under different time zones
Experience in the OA&M of IP/MPLS technologies
Experience in Operations Support functional experience
