Duties & Responsibilities:
Diagnose computer errors and provide technical support
Troubleshoot software, hardware, printer and network issues
Install, configure and upgrade PC software and operating systems
Network infrastructure quality of service
Server quality of service
Printer infrastructure
Desktop technical support
Communications quality of service (emails and telecoms)
Maintain service desk
Any other tasks, duties or projects as assigned by Management from time to time
Ensure that all activities within area of responsibility are performed in compliance with the company policies and procedures and legislation with specific emphasis on Health, Safety and Environmental aspects

Job Requirements:
A national higher diploma in IT or equivalent 3 year qualification
3-5 years networking and server administration experience, preferably in production environment
Technical skills, problem-resolving abilities, communication, time administration and team partnerships/collaboration
Microsoft Server Technologies
VMWare virtual server products and Dell/Fujitsu server hardware
Telecommunications and technologies
Antivirus administration and DLT backup processes
Veeam Product Suite
Desktop/Hardware support
Networking technologies (Cisco)
ITIL
