In this amazing role, you will assist with the Installation Project Management (IPM) role within Account Services. Communicating and coordinating with the customer under the guidance of the existing team. The role will also provide the candidate with the opportunity to do project management training, and gain experience in project management practices
Requirements;
How you’ll make your mark:
- You will assist with IPM’s in South Africa managing and scheduling installation of solutions at customer sites
- Working with partners that do installations on HPE behalf and coordinating onsite activities with HPE Subcontractor
- You’ll assist with monitoring of all active installations, updating status, and coordinating documentation.
About you:
- You completed an Engineering Bachelor’s degree in 2020/2021
- You have an understanding of project management processes and methodologies
- You have great written and verbal communication skills
- You want to share your knowledge/ grow and participate in the company PM Profession’s community
- Having exposure or some experience in project management would be advantageous.

How you’ll make your mark:
- You will be given an assigned sales territory to grow and build your relationships, working with a mentor and other businesses to advise on multi-products, services and integrated solutions across our varied portfolio of products and services
- You’ll review account activities to uncover new business or up-selling opportunities.
- By building your own understanding of your clients’ industries, identify emerging market trends and opportunities, leading new market campaigns, and executing campaign follow-up.
- You will be mentored by at least one senior member of the sales team and will be working with skilled sales professionals
About you:
- You completed a Bachelor degree in Business Studies, Engineering or similar in 2020/ May 2021
- You have a passion for technology and a proven interest in sales through extracurricular activities, jobs, or internships
- You have project management skills and are able to direct or coordinate selling activities on complex sales and with both direct and global engagements.
- You are proactive and can uncover new business and take ownership of new opportunities
- You have strong presentation and communication skills and feel comfortable building relationships at all levels and having solution-focused discussions.

How you’ll make your mark:
- You will be given an assigned Human Resources tasks to support employees at HPE
- You’ll review HR related policies and procedures with the aim to assist our current staff
- Build your own understanding of our company, culture, and employees
- Work closely with our current HR team as well as HPE Subcontractors
About you:
- You completed a Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Psychology in 2020/ May 2021
- You have a passion for Human Resource Management and an interest in technology.
- You are proactive and can uncover opportunities for improvement
- You have strong presentation and communication skills and feel comfortable building relationships at all levels and having solution-focused discussions.

How you’ll make your mark:
- You’ll provide reports and documentation to the customer about root cause analysis and suggestions to resolve/ avoid.
- You can partner with our local and worldwide resources to assist in customer satisfaction improvement
- You want to learn about our enterprise server, storage, network products, and total solutions and technologies by reading manuals/ information online or by taking formal/informal training courses to become a product expert
- You will contribute to the success of other parts of the business through joint problem solving, knowledge sharing, and proactive activities.
About you:
- You completed a Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering in 2020/ May 2021
- You are an excellent written and verbal communicator with strong teamwork skills
- You have an excellent customer-focused mindset and are a problem solver
- Quick learner, with the ability to comprehend complex systems and you, are motivated to help/guide others
