Volkswagen Graduate Internship Programme 2021

Volkswagen, shortened to VW, is a German automaker founded in 1937 by the German Labour Front and at the request of Adolf Hitler, known for the iconic Beetle and headquartered in Wolfsburg. It is the flagship brand of the Volkswagen Group, the largest automaker by worldwide sales in 2016 and 2017.

Individuals in the purchasing field are given an opportunity to further their careers within the VW environment. The candidates will be given on-the-job training which will contribute to personal development. Successful candidates with excellent communication skills and leadership potential will be placed into a permanent Buyer position within the Purchasing division.

Education and Experience

• Degree in Polymer-/ Chemical engineering
• B Com Hon/ B Tech degree in Purchasing, Logistics, Commerce, Finance or Business Management
• 2 – 3 years’ purchasing experience
