The city is offering apprenticeship opportunities for individuals who have an N2, NCV Level 4, or technical matric qualification in various trades. The apprenticeship scheme will provide you with the skills and work experience to succeed in the job market.

- Electrical x30 posts
- Welding x15 posts
- Vehicle mechanics x30 posts
- Boilermaking x15 posts
- Plumbing x15 posts
- Fitting and turning x15 posts
You will need at least an N2, NCV Level 4 or technical matric certificate with Mathematics, Science and relevant trade theory. You must furthermore be interested in becoming an artisan and have the necessary devotion and enthusiasm.
