WHICH QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE DO WE NEED FOR THE ROLE?
- Matric, business administration in the motor industry.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES?
- Accountable for the assessment and processing of Warranty & Motorplan claims submitted by the dealer network in an assigned region.
- Accountable for the assessment and processing of authorization request submitted on a daily basis in an assigned region.
- Accountable for the assessment and processing of queries submitted on the Dealer Ticketing System a daily basis in an assigned region.
- Ensure effective support and communication is maintained to the Aftersales management team in an assigned region.
- Panned retailer visits with an agenda and follow up points.
