Overall purpose of the job:
Identify the cause of an overactive alarm / site, engage with the client and arrange an appointment for the technician.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of a variety of alarm panels, access control and CCTV products.
- Liaising daily with the technician.
- Planning and scheduling technicians.
- Communication and feedback to clients on an ongoing basis.
- Ensuring that correct stock/equipment on job and allocated
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports as required.
- Request purchase order numbers from customers Manager jobs on Pulse from opening the service request through the life-cycle to submitting for billing.
Minimum qualifications and experience:
- Analytic ability
- Knowledge of technical issues to do with alarms, CCTV and access control.
- Ability to read a signal report and form an opinion about the error.
- Computer literate.
