Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Compliance to the Company’s Guidelines, Policies & KPIs
Contact client to request further clarification or additional information as requested
Setting expectation during the onboarding life cycle
Client Onboarding

Conduct Zoom/Video Sessions with Customers to guide them through the onboarding process of the Software
Consult and design the portal for the customer based on their requirements and use case.
Manage lifecycle of the software onboard in line with established service level agreement with clients
Relay vital technical information to clients by phone, email, or ConnectWise
Utilize internal resources in troubleshooting issues
Other Ad-hoc tasks as required

Desired Experience & Qualification:
Ability to communicate well in English orally and in writing
Excellent organizational skills and flexible working capacity
Confidence interacting with clients of all nationalities
IT & Technical Background – 1-2yrs in an IT Role
Technical & Troubleshooting Mindset
Experience with Office 365/Exchange/Active Directory Highly Recommended.
Willingness to grow in the role and learn new skills on the job

Package & Remuneration:
R18 000,00 – R25 000,00 per month
