Job Summary:
Assist with escalations from 1st line support engineers
Provide 2nd line support primarily within the server management and support layer
Escalate to 3rd line timeously to maintain SLA
Patch management and resolve issues and incident requests
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 / Matric
Tertiary IT qualification
Required qualification MCSE or equivalent
A minimum of 5 + years’ experience supporting datacentre software
Understanding of Server environment
