SARB Graduate Internship Programme 2021 – How to Apply.

The South African Reserve Bank is the central bank of South Africa. It was established in 1921 after Parliament passed an act, the “Currency and Bank Act of 10 August 1920”, as a direct result of the abnormal monetary and financial conditions which World War I had brought.
Details;

The Graduate Development Programme is specially designed to provide recent graduates with knowledge about the role of a central bank in the financial sector and the broader economy. Graduates have the opportunity to gain marketable skills through practical experience and development opportunities in a stimulating work and learning environment.

During the year, graduates are assigned to different departments within the Bank and exposed to various roles and projects. Interventions are mainly aimed at producing well-rounded central bankers. Graduates receive training on personal and professional skills, including presentation, impactful reporting, business disciplines, teamwork and etiquette.

Candidates who have a post-graduate qualification in one of the following fields are encouraged to apply:
