- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (IT)/ Information Communication Technology
(ICT)/ Information Systems/ Computer Science - Complete academic transcript and certified copy of qualification

- Telecommunications, network, and systems knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Network routing, switching & VLAN and systems development process
