Recruitment Consultant (Sales) Job at Primeserv Recruitment

Duties:

Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric
Tertiary qualification is advantageous
Fully computer literate (incl. Excel & Power Point)
Minimum 3 years sales experience in the Temporary Employment environment
The ability and desire to sell
Excellent communication skills
A positive, confident and determined approach
Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
A high degree of self-motivation and ambition
The skills to work both independently and as part of a team
The capability to flourish in a competitive environment
A good level of numeracy
Valid license and own vehicle
