RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must have a telecommunication business to business experience.
• Must be people engaged transparent and honest
• Ability to deliver sales and service targets through a structured approach
• Be able to take direction and communication effectively to your reporting manager
• Must be able to understand the key elements of data usage, and adherence to maximize sales and targets
• Ability to deliver quality and standards as per the campaign requirements
• Make every effort to use effective service skills to improve performance
• Strive to meet and exceed assigned customer experience and productivity performance goals
• Use your exceptional sales ability to help shape customer decisions promoting the value, content and benefits of the client
• Handling escalations professionally and aligned to our values
• Research and resolve customer concerns and issues in order resolve at first call resolution
• Strive to meet Key Performance Indicators at an exceptional level

Desired Experience & Qualification:

• Minimum 6 months Sales experience
• Outbound sales experience within a contact centre
• Previous experience with takeout apps
• Computer literacy and the ability to multitask
• Clear criminal and credit record
• Must be available immediately
