Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Mechanical/Industrial Engineer with a passion for Sales in Port Elizabeth.
We are looking for an Engineer who has a strong technical background and a passion for sales.
Responsibilities (included but not limited to):
- Preparing technical quotes
- Updating costing on Syspro
- Updating and creating bills of materials
- Updating drawings on the system
- Assist with production enquiries
- Manage internal delivery timing
- Build and improve customer relations
- Customer visits and travel
- Sales Department support
Competencies:
- Must be computer literate
- Be able to Read and understand technical drawings
- Preferably some Sales and costing experience
- AutoCad/Solidworks experience essential
Educational qualifications:
- Diploma mechanical/industrial engineering
Previous experience:
- Manufacturing environment
