RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide the support and maintenance of the Group End User computing environment devices including but not limited to:

Desktop Computing Devices
Mobile Devices
Printing Devices
Group Helpdesk Incidents and Services Request Servicing

Make use of the Group IT Help Desk to:

Respond to incidents within the required SLA’s and quality requirements
Respond to service requests within the required SLA’s and quality requirements.
Group Connectivity Support

Provide the support of the Group connectivity solutions including but not limited to:

Group WAN, LAN, Wireless, VOIP Telephony environment and VPN
Group O365 Services Support

Provide support of the group O365 services including but not limited to:

AD
Email
Sharepoint
OneDrive
Skype

Desired Experience & Qualification:
Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric)
A+ Certified and N+ Certified
Tertiary IT related degree/diploma
ITIL Certified
MCSE Certified (Current)
1 – 3 Years in an IT technical support role
ITIL practice understanding and use
Level 1 or 2 technical support role (1000 users+ environment)
ITIL practices and implementation
