A prominent, internationally acclaimed investment company in Cape Town is looking for graduates to commence employment as Investment Service Consultants in 2024 to build trust and confidence with clients while delivering excellent service. DUTIES:
- Service investors, potential investors and financial advisors with transactions and queries both telephonically and via e-mail
- Ensure accurate record keeping
- Provide assistance to the Service Support team and walk-in-centre team when required
- Assist with database updates and information maintenance
- Support a positive and responsive climate for client query resolution
- Build and establish relationships at all levels
- Identify and propose solutions to processes and service related failures
REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric with pure maths (60 % or more)
- Degree in finance with a GPA of 65% (or higher)
- Knowledge and interest in finance and investment management
- Multilingual (advantage)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Performance driven
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy – MS Office
- Only RSA citizens will be considered
HOURS:
- 08:00 – 17:30 Mon – Fri (while training)
- 07:30 – 16:30 / 08:00 – 17:00 / 08:30 – 17:30 Mon – Fri (when permanent)
