South Africa’s leading business loan provider for SMEs is looking for an Investment Manager in Port Elizabeth to network and market relationships with intermediates and other role players in both the property and financial industry so as to generate deal flow. DUTIES:
- Market the company’s brand and build networks
- Undertake viability studies on targeted companies
- Conduct financial modelling and compile investment reports
- Negotiate and structure investment projects on targeted entities
REQUIREMENTS:
- BCom Degree – Accounting / finance related field
- 4+ years’ experience in business investment / business investment structuring
- Auditing / investment banking / sales and marketing experience (advantageous)
- Negotiation skills
- Result driven
HOURS:
- 08:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Thurs)
- 08:00 – 16:30 (Fri)
