RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serving as the 1st point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance on the phone or email.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ability to troubleshoot to determine the best solution based on a problem presented by a user.
Ability to build, configure and repair computer hardware and other devices.
