RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You’ll be responsible for the information technology (IT) support of our business.
• You will provide IT technical support to all teams within the organisation and ensure that they have access to their devices and data wherever they are in the world.
• You’ll be able to build strong relationships with colleagues from other departments in order to share knowledge or solve problems as a team.
• You should also be comfortable working under pressure, as your work may involve managing multiple projects at once.

Qualifications:

• Minimum NQF 6 (240 points)
• Minimum of 2 product implementation and 1 Support and Maintain certification
• At least 4 years’ experience in ICT.
• Basic understanding of the integration of telecommunications and computer equipment.
• Limited experience supporting or implementing data &/or voice solutions.

Formal Qualifications

Preferable – 2 Avaya Product implementation and 1 Support and Maintain certifications
