Key Responsibilities: Summary
- Ensuring upkeep of group infrastructure
- Implementation of infrastructure projects
- Evaluation of infrastructure requirements and faults
- Manage budgets.
Work experience required:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in property industry.
- Grade 12
- Own transport and valid license
- Trade certificate or similar
- Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing, heating, HVAC, and electrical systems
