Duties & Responsibilities:
Key accountabilities:

Reporting of integrity and assurance controls and reconciliations within agreed timeframes and SLA’s.
Investigation of all variances above tolerance levels and escalation to the relevant resolution teams through the incident management processes.
Proactively following up on incidents and driving to resolution by liaising actively with the relevant teams.
Conducting of ad-hoc analysis, investigations, and reporting.
Providing the necessary feedback and progress on investigations timeously in the relevant forums (daily standups).
Understanding and assessing system changes and developing reporting integrity and assurance controls and procedures to mitigate & detect risks associated with the changes.
Understanding and assessing the impact of new products and services to ensure that Billing reporting is aligned to the business rules through the development of integrity controls and procedures.
Conducting UAT of Automation and other projects and reporting back on functionality.
Striving for continuous process improvements on all assurance and reporting activities within the department.
Ensuring compliance to regulatory and governance requirements (SOX).
Occasional adhoc requests.

Desired Experience & Qualification:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in information and data analysis in an assurance reporting environment (essential)
Basic level of SQL Scripting is essential, intermediate level is advantageous.
System Integrity and Control qualification (desirable)
A 3-year tertiary qualification
Knowledge of IT Systems and procedures.
Knowledge of Financial/Business analysis and processes.
Intermediate ORACLE PL/SQL skill levels as a minimum.
