Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Stable employment history

· 2-5 years’ experience

· ICT or Telecoms experience (other relevant industries considered)

· High attention to detail

· Highly energetic

· Well spoken

· Driven

· Dynamic personality

· Team player

· Expected to meet monthly activity targets

· Excellent communication skills

· Time management skills

· Strong relationship building

· Ability to cope with high pressure levels and manage stress effectively

· Excellent telephone and email etiquette

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Qualifications advantageous

· Fluent in English and Afrikaans

Duties include but not limited to:

· Frequent contact with existing customers

· Managing customer queries

· Daily sales administration

· Weekly reporting

· Customer retention

· Reduce cancellations

Package & Remuneration:
R25 000 – R35 000 plus fuels and performanced based bonus
