Job Description
- Full bookkeeping function
- Preparation of books for various companies to Management accounts, not just Trial Balance
- Pastel Evolution experience is a must.
- Strong Excel skills
- Previous experience with inventory (stock) modules in Pastel is non negotiable
- Petty cash management and reconciliation
- Various bookkeeping admin related functions (Debtors and creditors , inventory management )
- Payroll preparation (external company does the pay run)
