In this role, you will be responsible for the accounting and tax operations, this includes, the preparation of financial reports, maintenance of an adequate accounting records system, executing a comprehensive set of controls designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of reported financial results, and ensure compliance with international financial reporting standards.
Education:
BCom in Accounting or Finance
Skills & Experience:
Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles
1 to 2 years’ post article experience within the IT or telecommunication industries
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Sage X3 experience beneficial
SQL experience beneficial (report pulling)
Financial acumen
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Strong personality
Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment
Team player
