Payroll Officer (FTC 3 months) Job at Network Finance

Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Job & Company Description:
The successful incumbent will be responsible for the provision of efficient payroll services to the group of companies.

Duties include, but will not be limited to:
Payroll system and HR database maintenance
Capturing of payroll input and changes
ESS administration
Payroll bank accounts and GL interface
Adhoc reporting
General administration

Education:
Completed Matric (Grade 12)
Relevant tertiary qualification
Sage 300 certification highly advantageous

Job Experience & Skills Required:
3 to 5 years’ experience in an extensive payroll processing position
Sage 300 experience
Foreign currency payroll experience
Experience within the IT and Telecommunications industry experience essential
Strong mathematical and numeracy skills
Strong knowledge of tax compliance
Meticulous attention to detail
Deadline driven
