Our client in the BPO environment is looking for a CA(SA) to join their team. The ideal candidate will be required to deal with financial director internationally based, whilst maintaining systems, cash-flow, audits, etc. locally based in Cape Town CBD Duties include but not limited to:
- Drive cost optimization,
- Process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Budgeting, forecasting, spend/ trend analysis and driving change management.
- Active engagement with geo head, business leaders and function heads.
- Financial accounting and reporting as per USGAAP/ Local GAAP and ensuring local compliances.
- Provide timely and accurate insights on major business developments impacting cost/ revenue.
- Variance analysis – P&L, BS, Budgeting/ Forecasting Vs Actuals etc.Work closely with on-shore and off-shore stake holders.
- Preparing MIS/dashboard for Management presentation.
- Ensuring compliance to SOX/internal control/Statutory guidelines.
- Liaising with Auditors (internal/external) for timely and clean audits
- Any other duties as required from time to time by senior Executive Management
Qualifications / Skills:
- Finance professional with total experience of 12-15 years in the area of accounting, reporting, Budgeting, forecasting, cost
- management, spend analysis etc.
- Practical experience in accounting and reporting as per USGAAP/Local GAAP.
- Managing audits of mid to large size organization.
- Excellent communication, presentation & inter personal skills.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Experience in Team leading
