Calling all Wheat Millers! We have plenty of FMCG opportunities for motivated and driven Wheat Millers in the Western Cape, Eastern Cape and Gauteng! These roles are flexible and require shift work.
- As a Wheat Miller, you’ll be in charge of managing all aspects of wheat milling manufacturing operation.
- Your goal will be to deliver outstanding production results in terms of quality, customer service, safety, innovation, and cost.
- We need someone who can create short and long-term objectives –including cost reduction, quality improvement, new product development, and integration at the plant level.
- You need to have a Matric certificate, be SAGMA/GMF trade tested (as a Wheat Miller), and have approximately 5 years of experience in a mill. This role does involve shift work.
