UNISA College of Human Sciences Internship Programme 2024

Position: Online Teaching Assistants (Independent Contract Basis)

Duration: 6 months

Assumption of Duty: 01 March 2024

Stipend: R5,000 per month

Requirements:

  • Unemployed South African Citizens with a UNISA qualification (3 years National Diploma or Degree) equivalent to NQF level 6 and above.
  • No formal work experience in the relevant field.
  • Age requirement: Not older than 35 years old.
  • Applicants must be UNISA graduates.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, internet).
  • Good interpersonal relations, communication skills, and telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to work in a team, take initiative, and work under constant supervision.
  • Prioritization, attention to detail, and a strong sense of commitment, responsibility, and punctuality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • Problem-solving skills and time management.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
