Young Professional In Training ICT

As a Young Professional In Training, your responsibilities include shadowing various staff members, participating in learning experiences, attending meetings and workshops within ICT department.

He or she will be trained, guided, mentored and developed under the supervision of experienced Manager or Specialist for a 24 months period in areas such as:

  • Software Development
  • ICT Project Management
  • Business Intelligence
  • End User Support
  • ICT Security, Risk and Governance.
  • Job shadowing and provides operational support aligned to specific development goals.
  • Attend training and development programmes as and when assigned linked to Individual Development Plan

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A 3-year Diploma or a B -Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering.

Young Professional-in-Training Property Management

Undertake various projects aligned to the outcomes of this programme and further lead and contribute to initiatives and programmes in both property and facilities management including:

  • Contract Management
  • Maintenance Management
  • Engineering Management
  • Facilities Management
  • Environmental Management
  • Space Management#
  • Health & Safety Compliance
  • Utilities Management
  • Security Management

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor of Science or Commerce in Property Studies,Property Valuation, or other Real Estate Related Stream.
  • National Diploma in real estate studies (NQF 6) are encouraged.
  • Postgraduate Studies are an added advantage
  • A positive attitude and a growth mindset is an absolute.
  • Some vocational experience would be an added advantage
