RESPONSIBILITIES:

• CPT stock management: Physical & system processing
• Physical receiving & issuing of stock
• Monthly stock takes & reconciliation
• Communicating serial numbers of items issued / GRV’d – updating & responding to SOLID tickets for hardware requests
• Preparing delivery notes for signature
• Processing of invoices / credit notes / GRN’s / RTS to record stock movement in Evolution
• Monthly update & management of temp / demo / loan stock reconciliations
• Preparation of stock collection notes in respect of cancelled customers
• Arranging & facilitating all courier requirements
• End-to-end company asset management including Fixed Assets Register – liaising with IT manager
• Performing periodic company asset audits
• Supplier processing of stock & capital items (including issuing of PO’s)
• Supplier processing of other supplier accounts
• Monthly supplier account reconciliations
• Managing price lists for hardware items
• Preparation & sending of supplier payment remittances

REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications and Experience:

Matric essential:

• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience essential
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience essential
• Experience with account package essential (Pastel Evolution preferable)
• Experience within the IT / Telecommunications industry beneficial
