Our client based in the Southern Cape (Garden Route) is looking for a dynamic, passionate and driven Head Chef to join their team. The ideal candidate must come with a proven track record, working in the restaurant industry – Bistro style / upmarket dining.
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Staff management
- Stock management
- Food costing
- Menu design
- seasonal Menu
- wine pairing knowledge and skills.
- Proven track record as a Head Chef for 3 – 5 years
Qualifications:
- Matric coupled with culinary arts diploma
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Computer literate
