As a Regional Manager, you will have the opportunity to represent our industry-leading brand and work with a team of specialists across our expanding global footprint.

Role and Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for overseeing the business operations in your assigned region. (Rustenburg / Thabazimbi) Your primary objective will be to lead and manage daily operations, driving business goals and maximizing profitability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a team of general managers, providing guidance and support.
  • Setting performance objectives and conducting regular performance appraisals.
  • Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans.
  • Managing stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts.
  • Ensuring regulatory and quality standards are met.
  • Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements and reports.
  • Handling escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • 3+ years of management and leadership experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and engineering.
  • A relevant sales qualification (Engineering/Marketing/Business Management) and a Matric certificate.
  • Pump-related experience will be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and project management tools.
