National Credit Regulator (NCR) invites unemployed graduates to apply for Complaints Internship Programme 2023 / 2024

Internship Location: Midrand, Gauteng

Intern Position: Complaints Department

Stipend: R5,391 per month

Requirements:

  • A relevant 3-year tertiary qualification in Legal, Finance, Office Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
  • No prior participation in an internship.
  • Debt counselling certificate (an added advantage).
  • No prior experience required.

Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to the Complaints department.
  • Assist and interact with consumers in-person and via email to resolve inquiries.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties related to complaints management.

Knowledge:

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Effective planning and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, multitask, and work well under pressure.
  • Strong team player.
  • Attention to detail.
