The Mangosuthu University of Technology (MUT) fee is the amount a student must pay before having access to learn in the institution. Both old and new students must pay their fees before resuming academic activities or returning for a new academic year. Apart from tuition fees, the students do pay for other services, and they must use the institution’s banking details and payment methods.

NOTE: All students are advised to make payments into the designated bank accounts of the institution, as the school won’t be held responsible for making payments into the wrong account.

How to Pay MUT Tuition fees 2024 [Payment Methods]

The MUT application fee may be paid by cash, credit card, direct bank deposit, or electronic funds transfer (EFT). Cash payments must be made at the Cashiers Office, Kramer Building, Middle Campus.

There are two types of banking at the Mangosuthu University of Technology:

  • Student Banking
  • Business Banking

(national, international), current students, and Alumni of MUT who wish to make a payment on their student account.

Students/prospective students (new applicants)/alumni who are in possession of a student number should preferably use the student number as a reference.

The relevant Cost Centre and Account (GLA allocation) or if the invoice was issued, the invoice number or whatever reference was communicated to you for the payment to be made.
