About Lawson Brown High School
Founded in 1953, Lawson Brown High School has grown from the initial 109 grade eight pupils and 4 members of staff, to a current pupil population of 851 with 42 staff. The slogan that best describes the reality of our time of existence, 60 years of excellence, is the foundation on which all activity during this year of celebration is built. At our Founder’s Day Assembly we looked back at the past 60 years, celebrating what this institution represents.
