Duties & Responsibilities:
Plan, execute and manage SIM Swap Outs project in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures.
Create and maintain project schedules, timelines and budgets.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
Manage project risks and issues, identifying and implementing mitigating strategies where necessary.
Liaise with key stakeholders, including the telco’s customer care team, IT, and network teams.
Ensure that SIM Swap Outs are executed accurately and efficiently.
Prepare regular reports on project progress, risks, and issues.
Conduct project post-implementation reviews and ensure that any lessons learned are documented for future reference.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Desired Experience & Qualification:
Qualification in Project Management or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in project management.
Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Good understanding of project management methodologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Knowledge of the South African telecommunications industry would be an added advantage.
