RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Regular internal project status reports
- Devise project plans and timelines
- Client liaison during project lifecycle
- Initiate regular project meetings to facilitate communication on issues outstanding and to ensure that
everyone has clearly identified tasks scheduled - Highlight overdue tasks or items at risk
- Keep management informed of any people issues
- Devise project test plans based on business, client and functional requirements
- Schedules project initiation workshops
- Schedules regular project reviews
- Monitors progress and notify management team of any risks in time or budget
- Provides project status reports

Desired Experience & Qualification:
- 2-3 years of experience in project coordination
- 3 years diploma/degree in IT/Project management
