RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Regular internal project status reports
  • Devise project plans and timelines
  • Client liaison during project lifecycle
  • Initiate regular project meetings to facilitate communication on issues outstanding and to ensure that
    everyone has clearly identified tasks scheduled
  • Highlight overdue tasks or items at risk
  • Keep management informed of any people issues
  • Devise project test plans based on business, client and functional requirements
  • Schedules project initiation workshops
  • Schedules regular project reviews
  • Monitors progress and notify management team of any risks in time or budget
  • Provides project status reports
    Monitors developer and content administrator resources for scheduling purposesSchedules project initiation

Desired Experience & Qualification:

  • 2-3 years of experience in project coordination
  • 3 years diploma/degree in IT/Project management
