Our client is a well-established South African leader in the logistics industry, handling all aspects of road, sea, and air logistics. They are currently seeking to employ a suitably qualified and experienced Internal sales consultant to join their team.
Duties:
- Negotiating rates with carriers
- Negotiating rates with transporters
- Quote Estimates on Export Reefer & GP Containers
- Quote Estimates on Import Reefer & GP & Airfreight cargo (Will be an advantage but can be trained in this field if required)
- Update on Monthly Client Rate Sheets
- Experience liaising with Clients.
Requirements:
- Financial background would be advantageous.
- Matric / Grade 12
- Own transport
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
