The completed application form should be submitted and accompanied by relevant Educational Certified Copies of the following:-
- ‘O’ Level Results
- ‘A’ Level Results
- Birth Certificate
- National Identification Card or
- First two pages of a candidate’s passport
- Diploma/Degree/Masters Transcript(s) and
- Bank Deposit slip of the foresaid application fee.
