Gauteng Department of Health Medicine Scholarship to Cuba 2021/2022 – How to Apply.
Details;
- Applicants must have passed Matric with minimum medical university entry requirements of love 4 in Physical Science, Mathematics, Life Sciences (biology and English. Candidates with a 3 or below must not apply Applicants must be South African citizens and permanently residing in Gauteng proof of address in a form of a municipal account to be attached.
- Applicants must be between the ages of eighteen (18) and twenty-five (25) years and turning 25 by end of November 2021).
- Applicants already registered of Nursing Colleges and Higher Education Institutions in their third year of study or who have obtained a tertiary qualification will NOT be considered
TWO (2) ORIGINAL CERTIFIED COPIES, NOT OLDER THAN 6 MONTHS OF THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS MUST BE INCLUDED WITH THE APPLICATION FORM
- Birth Certificate (the applicant and all dependents of the parents).
- Identification document- (Applicant and parents/guardian).
- National Certificate statements of results for 2020 Grade 12 will be accepted).
- Proof of income of both parents or guardians – sworn affidavits for those without proof of income.
- Proof of residence in the form of Municipal utility bill or account – registered in parent or guardian’s name.
- Applicants will undergo the following medical examinations: HIV and AIDS, Hepatitis B, Tuberculosis and pregnancy.
Applicants can obtain a bursary application form from the following venues Gauteng Department of Health No. 45 Commissioner Street, Marshalltown, Johannesburg. At the Main Security gates of the following Hospitals:
