REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
- Min 2 years’ experience in Office Administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent English communication skills are essential
- Good customer service experience, and excellent customer service skills are essential.
- Candidate must be well organized and be able to function well under pressure
- Hours 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
DUTIES
- General Office Administration
- Processing and capturing orders
- Corresponding with clients for pro-forma invoices, tax invoices and delivery notes.
- Dealing with clients on a daily basis
- Dealing with incoming sales emails and enquiries, calls to assist clients.
- Dealing with customer complaints and daily enquiries when needed.
- Initiate the opening of customer accounts
- Ensure all enquiries and orders are dealt with in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with the Factory and Sales Manager
- Administrative tasks as allocated by managers
- Assisting Managers with general work-related tasks
- Undertake day to day administrative support,
- Financial reports and banking
- Ad hoc tasks
- General filling of documentation (Invoices, Statements, Credit Notes, etc.)
- Schedule meetings when necessary
- Compiling Daily, weekly and monthly reports and updating client database regularly
Salary: Dependent on experience
