- A 3-year Degree / National Diploma with no work experience
- Applicants must be less than 35 years of age
- The candidate must be a resident in the Eastern Cape Province
- Good communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Fully completed New Z83 form obtainable from all Government Departments / DPSA website
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) not more than 3 pages
- Certified copy of RSA Identity Document
- Certified copy of qualification certificate together with transcript copies
- Attach current legitimate proof of residence (less than 3 months)
